An intimate ceremony on top of the world.

Zach and Leah knew they wanted a small wedding and a weekend getaway to the mountains to celebrate their nuptials. With just 45 guests, each person was included in every event throughout the weekend. A smaller wedding allowed for the couple to be able to spend more time with their family and friends who had traveled as far as Mexico City to join the weekend-long festivities.

As a wedding planner, it was easy for Leah to select her vendors to carry out her vision. The weekend kicked off with a welcome dinner at El Sabor overlooking the Gore River. A morning ceremony at the top of Vail Mountain the next day allowed for guests to spend the afternoon exploring Vail and lounging by the Four Seasons pool (and provided the best window of opportunity for good weather for an outdoor ceremony). Guests rejoined for the cocktail and dinner reception at The Remedy at Four Seasons. Fireside toasts and cocktails on the patio overlooking Vail mountain were highlights of the evening. Capped off by an afterparty in the Newlywed suite and dancing late into the night in Vail Village! Hosting a destination wedding in a small mountain town allowed for the bride and groom to focus on their big day while guests were surrounded by local attractions and entertainment.
